Okto waitlist
Privacy policy
Ascendant Ventures LLC uses the details you submit to manage the Okto waitlist, understand your business needs and contact you about Okto.
What you share
The form collects your name, work email, company, company size, preferred system, system owner, optional notes and agreement to be contacted. We also store the submission time, the source page and campaign parameters from the page link, when present. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive records.
Where the details go
Netlify hosts this website and stores waitlist submissions through Netlify Forms. A configured Netlify Forms notification sends signup details to Abe Reyes at Ascendant Ventures. Our team can access these details to manage the waitlist and follow up with you. We do not send an automatic reply to your email address.
Hosting and email providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect their services. This page has no advertising pixels. Google Fonts provides the website fonts and receives the technical information needed to serve them.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you or request access, correction or deletion of your waitlist details. Email contact@ascendantventures.net. We keep waitlist details while we use them for these purposes and review requests directly.
About the Okto service
This policy covers the waitlist. Okto teammates run on a server dedicated to your company. Our team keeps admin access to run and fix that service. Service terms and data handling will be discussed before onboarding.
